A Florida influencer, Logan Guminski, 27, was arrested on March 21 and booked into Marion County Jail after an anonymous tip led to an investigation. The tip, received on January 28, alleged that Guminski had posted disturbing content on Instagram involving her pet chihuahua. The investigation revealed that Guminski had uploaded multiple posts depicting harmful and abusive behavior towards the animal. As a result, Guminski was charged with two felonies and released on $10,000 bond, with a court hearing scheduled for April 22.

The content creator, who calls herself “dog mom”, performed vulgar acts with her pet chihuahua and subsequently uploaded the sickening videos on her Instagram page with 15,000 followers. Cops received an anonymous tip in January that Guminski had “posted a video to Instagram depicting inappropriate activity with a dog,” the sheriff’s office said. The sheriff’s office was soon alerted after her video went viral. Acting on an anonymous tip, the Florida Police arrested the 27-year-old and charged her on two counts.

In Queensland, Australia, a couple named Matthew Kevin Haywood, 35, and Alyssa Kathleen Day, 27, are facing serious legal problems. They were caught on camera doing something very wrong with their pet dog, a German Shepherd. The police say the couple recorded themselves having sexual contact with the dog and shared the videos online. This happened between January 2021 and May 2024 in a place called Toowoomba.

The couple was arrested after the police found out about the videos. A neighbor had reported them because they were worried about how the couple was treating their pets. When the police checked the couple’s phones and computers, they found 13 videos showing the illegal acts with the dog. They also found five more files with other inappropriate animal content. The police say this kind of behavior, called bestiality, is against the law in Australia and is very serious.
In court, the couple’s lawyer asked for them to be let out on bail, which means they could go home while waiting for their trial. The lawyer said Haywood has a job as a truck driver and Day takes care of their two young kids, who are two and four years old. The lawyer also said the couple wasn’t likely to run away or cause more trouble. But the police didn’t agree. They said the couple might try to hide what they did or hurt someone who could speak against them in court. The police also worried about the safety of the couple’s children and their pets.

The judge, Magistrate Kay Ryan, decided not to let the couple out on bail. She said the videos were “gross” and showed very bad behavior. She thought the couple might try to destroy evidence or scare witnesses if they were free. So, Haywood and Day have to stay in jail until their next court date on April 23, 2025. They could face up to seven years in prison if they are found guilty.

This case has shocked many people because it involves harming an animal and breaking the law in a big way. The couple’s two dogs, including the German Shepherd, were taken away by the police to keep them safe. The children are now being looked after by someone else while the case goes on. The police are still investigating to make sure they have all the facts.
