In a remarkable display of determination, South Carolina resident Cole Prochaska has undergone an extraordinary transformation, shedding approximately 336 pounds in under two years. At his heaviest, Cole weighed nearly 600 pounds, a reality that prompted him to take decisive action to reclaim his health.

Reflecting on his journey, Cole shared on Twitter: “Two years ago I decided I didn’t want to die young. I didn’t want to get diabetes. I didn’t want to never know my true potential. I decided to take my life back. 330+ lbs down and I’m not done yet. Believe in yourself!”

His transformation was achieved through a disciplined regimen of healthy eating, regular gym sessions, and consistently walking at least 10,000 steps daily. Despite the challenges, Cole remained steadfast, even sharing progress photos to inspire others. He noted, “It’s very hard to share a shirtless picture but I’ve come so far. Over 336lbs down! Most didn’t believe in me but I believed in myself.”

As a result of his significant weight loss, Cole now faces the challenge of excess skin. To address this, he has launched a GoFundMe campaign aiming to raise $100,000 for surgery. In his heartfelt appeal, he stated, “My weight goal has been reached but my life is not complete, and it will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin.”

Cole’s journey from being the size of three men to one—what he refers to as “3 to 1″—serves as a powerful testament to the impact of self-belief and perseverance. He hopes his story inspires others facing similar challenges, emphasizing that with determination, transformative change is possible.
