Andrew Tate’s Girlfriend Makes Assault Allegation Against Him Following His Return To US

Fresh off his release from Romanian custody, self-proclaimed “misogynist” influencer Andrew Tate now faces shocking new allegations of sexual assault in the U.S.—and the disturbing details are sending shockwaves across social media and political circles. Just two weeks after re-entering the country following his high-profile legal battles abroad, Tate’s girlfriend, influencer Bri Stern, has filed a police report accusing him of violently choking and assaulting her during a sexual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Bri’s Accusations On Andrew

Andrew Tate has been accused of choking and assaulting his girlfriend during a rough sexual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel just two weeks after he was let back in the country. Bri Stern, Tate’s influencer girlfriend, allegedly filed a police report accusing the self-proclaimed misogynist of sexual assault following the scary March 11 encounter. Stern claims Tate ‘began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. Stern also shared screenshots of texts that Tate sent her where he said he enjoyed beating her because he found it ‘relaxing’ and referred to the young woman as his property.

Tate, a staunch supporter of Donald Trump, returned to the United States last month after years in a Romanian prison and under house arrest alongside his brother Tristan Tate on criminal sex trafficking charges. US officials first brought up the Tate brothers’ case at a meeting with Romania’s government in February. The issue was raised further by Trump special envoy, Richard Grenell, days later at a security conference in Munich. Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son, referred to the brothers’ detention in Romania as ‘absolute insanity’

Disturbing Texts Reveal Tate’s Violent Mindset

TMZ shared a screenshot of Andrew and Bri’s chat, depicting toxic and violent behavior of the former. Leaked messages show Tate and calling Stern his “property.” These exchanges align with his long-history of misogynistic rhetoric, now potentially serving as evidence in a criminal case. Legal experts note such texts could significantly strengthen prosecution efforts.
